Rules for using novashifdtlabs.com and the itinerary request service of LLC novashifdtlabs.com (Dune & Lagoon Travel).
1. Provider

2. Requests
An itinerary request is not an offer; no travel contract arises until we confirm availability, price and terms in writing. Tourism register and financial guarantee details are provided under the Law of Ukraine "On Tourism" No. 324/95-VR.
3. User duties
Give accurate data, use the site lawfully, and do not disrupt it or post unlawful or misleading content.
4. Content and advertising
Itineraries and prices are indicative and may change. Advertising is identifiable under the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-VR.
5. Consumers and complaints
Pre-contract information, complaint handling and dispute options follow the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" No. 3153-IX. Complaints: contact@novashifdtlabs.com; we answer within 30 days. Pre-trial settlement or Ukrainian courts may be used; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
6. Data and cookies
Data is processed under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI. Cookies are used with consent only, as described in our Privacy Notice.
7. Language
A Ukrainian-language version of this information is available, per the Law of Ukraine "On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language" No. 2704-VIII.
8. Liability and law
We are not liable for indirect losses, third-party services or events beyond our control; liability is limited to amounts paid for the confirmed service. Ukrainian law and the courts of Kyiv apply.
